Kaselitz never felt out of place. Mrs. Kaselitz was owner of Kasler Electric Co. in the 1950s, at a time when very few women chose electrical contracting as a career. "It was kind of like being in the NFL as a woman she was all alone," said her son, Doug Kaselitz.

"But she was a feisty lady, and she could handle herself pretty well in any She was willing to take on whatever she had to in order to survive." Mrs. Kaselitz, of Grosse Pointe, died of congestive heart failure in Bon Secours Hospital in Grosse Pointe on Thursday, June 24, 2004. She was 88. She was born Dec. 31, 1915, in Leominster, and moved to Detroit when her father, a carpenter, came here in search of job opportunities.

She raised her family in Lake Orion, and also lived for many years in Port Sanilac, where she was an award winning artist in the thumb area. Painting and sculpting were among her talents. An avid golfer, her first love was teaching and tutoring reading, she tutored reading up to the week before she died.

In her lifetime she earned two Masters Degrees, and wrote a set of reading instruction books for teachers and students that were certified by Congress for use in the Michigan schools. She taught in the Lake Orion schools, Birmingham schools, and worked for Oakland County district before retiring. She is survived by her daughters Peggy Lane of Troy, MI, Kathy and Bin Kredo of Las Vegas, NV, Suzanne Lane of Troy, MI, M.J Lane of Arvada, CO. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac. He was 77. He was born May 5. 1927, in Scammon, Kan. He attended the University of Kansas for two years, then served in the Navy during World War II.

After the war, Mr. Atwood resumed his education and earned a bachelor's degree in finance in 1949. That year, he began his automotive career working on GM's auditing staff in Kansas. Through the years, he continued his rise up the corporate ladder and was transferred to Colorado, New York, California and Minnesota. In 1975, Mr.

Atwood was named branch manager of GM's Motors Insurance the automaker's insurance division. He was also transferred to Detroit twice: from 1970-73 and BRIDSON JAMES H. Age 77, passed away June 25, 2004. He was born on August 2, 1926, in South Lyon to the late George and Evelyn (Hibbert) Bridson. On August 8, 1947, he married JoAnn Bradley.

He was formerly of Plymouth, prior to moving to South Lyon. He was the proprietor of Harvey Neely Funeral Home. James is survived by his wife JoAnn Bridson, daughter Lezlie Bridson, son Brian (Vicki) Bridson, three grandchildren: Stephen, Dustin and Dayna, two great-grandchildren and one brother.
