Some people love hydrogen peroxide but I am not a big fan. It has never done much for me. Also, some of the research on hydrogen peroxide involves much stronger pharmaceutical mixtures, not the 75 cent brown bottle kind. heh. Be certain to drink plenty of water during use and take a day or two off when things get fuzzy. Dehydration may be what you are experiencing. And Im sure the other comments people make will be helpful in finding what works for you.I improved my fuzzy head with an occasional GABA supplement, but had to switch to 5-HTP because the Gamma-aminobutyric acid started keeping me up at night. You bring up a variety of great points... in essence, we are being attacked from all sides. And while cleansing and eating as best as possible will help, we will never know "true" health, as the environment has been turned against us. Hi all,I am on Day 4 of a water fast and finding it suprisingly easier than I thought; in fact, it is worrying me that perhaps I am doing something wrong since I dont seem to be suffering any horrendous detoxifying effects, other than diziness when standing up.I developed slight lower back pain on Day 3 - not unbearable, but havent had a bowel movement at all since starting. Hello,I personally by day 7 woke up feeling like I had more energy then I did in a long time.I felt pretty good. Did anybody experience a surrogacy journey in Europe? I didnt mean a being of a surrogate mom, but i want to find out about the undergoing through the surro programs on OE or DE. I faced this issue. Im rather young, only 30. But Ive got no uterus (after hysterectomy), but my ovaries are in a good condition. please keep us updated on how paleo diet works in the long run. i'm the exact opposite... my diet is mostly grains (oats, quinoa) and i drink almost a gallon of orange juice a day.. no kidding! i rarely get gas unless i eat lot of meat or over do the dairy (ice cream), i'm ok with with chicken and fish... or a ham and cheese sandwich, but even a 4oz steak will give me gas for the rest of the night. i wonder what determines stuff like that.. is it gut flora? besides... 5,977 hits

Thanks for all your help. Fortunately I do not have psoriasis. I guess this nail is brittle as looking closely it is very thin in the area where it cracked. I do recall when I trimmed the nail back, as I reached the area of the fungus, the underside of where it cracked was pretty much rotten (not sure if right word but best way to explain it) causing it to be so hollow. Also the crack did not go all the way back to the cuticle. Its only in the hollow area. I did file some more last night as oe side of the crack was sticking up and would get caught on my socks.
