Pertama kali ikut acara begini sebenernya, gak expect bisa belajar hal hal sederhana soal happiness at work tapi nonjok…1) Give More Than What You Want To GetBanyak kali kita pengen dapetnya aja tapi kalau harus ngasih tuh pelit, atau kita terbiasa ngasih apa yang “Fair” sesuai dengan seberapa kita dibayar. Gak heran kalau orang orang liat kita standard aja2) Mungkin Kita Gak Happy Karena Kita Gak JagoBanyak banget kita ngerasa gak happy kerja karena mungkin dan sangat mungkin karena kita gak jago aja makanya stress lakuinnya3) Yang Bikin Happy Karena Kita Tie Dengan Sebuah PerjuanganNgapain juga ya cepet financial freedom karena jangan jangan yang bikin kita sedih dan gak happy karena purposenya udah gak adaHeba juga ya, cuma tiga hal sederhana ini bisa nonjok ke dalam otak yang bebal ini

    Dapat kesempatan makan malam dengan Singapore Legend in dunia asuransi di Singapore.     I might have a very unorthodox point of view of recruitment for insurance agents in Indonesia. Indonesia is a very unique market for Insurance, obviously. Last week a friend came to me and he's like the rising star of a speaker and trainer in Indonesia. He has spoken for many companies and currently entering the insurance industry, and he asked me " Should you not tell the downside of being an agent in front? So your potential agents only know the bright side of being an agent only? Because many leaders have told him that if they told them all the hard parts, who wants to become an agent here?" I was surprised because, am i here doing the wrong thing? Because I always told my potential agents the whole truth of being an agent? It's always like that!- You will get thousands of Nos- Your friends might underestimate your profession- You will doubt your decision- and many more But, it turns out, those who actually finally said yes to those are actually doing it quite well and they expect rejections and nos better.     Was invited to join Indonesian Young Museum Professional Forum. This is a very unique experience indeed.I was asked to come to talk about branding, marketing and of course insurance for museum in Indonesia.Indonesia is truly rich in culture and historical artefacts, but since we are so rich, we tend to be very ignorance with it.But the younger generations are different, we want to change it for the better, we need to maintain our culture and identityBut the museums also need to sustain itself through business, a better branding and a way to communicate through good marketing strategyAnd at the very end, insurance to help it sustain to the next generation, helping it to mitigate the risks that might happen.Crazy indeed

    This year I made one of the most dangerous decision in my life. I have been digital marketing and personal branding trainer in insurance industry here in Indonesia.This year i have decided to join the force and build my own insurance team and the reaction is expected from my fellow Instagram followers who are insurance agents. They’re totally livid 🤣🤣But if i have not decided to become an agent, i would not learn these:1. The fear of rejection is real2. People really do underestimate you, truly. 3. Working with people truly stresses you4. The drama? Oh Gosh 5. Working with constant target each year6. Bad mouthed by other agents7. Many moreThat i would not learn if i only become a trainer. Financially, of course i know being a trainer last year made me more money, but i do know also, i am building something bigger than my mind has ever imagined, something bigger needs bigger sacrifices.

    Let's talk about dream and why it actually matters, at least for me. I was raised to be a person who only know how to work hard just to meet basic needs. My parents taught me to work hard and save the money for practically i don't know what. One thing that i just realised the past few months is i have never been taught to dream, to wish upon something. Although, our generation is a generation that is filled with Disney's movie filled with magical dreams and wishes, a nobody and then a prince or princess the next day. I used to think that dream is not a great motivator to push me to work harder, because i have been working extremely hard, what can motivate me more, i think?Until i try to dream, i want this and that, and then i truly try to work hard toward something, not just another catching the wind kind of effort. How about you? Do you dream like when you were a kid? Or are you more like me, just live, strive hard to meet the day? 😀 #story #motivation #dream

    Last week i had the most nerve-wrecking talk this year, funny enough it is not about the size of the audience because it was actually very small, around 40 i believeThe issue is that the topic i talked about “ The Importance of Insurance for Heritage Sites “ In the insurance industry i am known for helping agents to generate online prospects. For the common public maybe i am known as “Insurance Guy”. But what i have learned is taking yes to opportunities can take you to places you cannot imagine. After the talk, i was invited to meet with another 45 museum owners and as you know Indonesia we have problems with museum presevervation. Maybe this is another opportunity that i should take ! 😎😎
